OPEN POSTURE (for excerpt acting)
Open posture - so we can see your body - torso. Do not take up a closed posture for long - that is, hands across your body (clutching your arms, holding your arm). This closes up your body. In full-length plays, there are further demands. OPEN POSTURE is best suited to 'Acting 101', 'Excerpt Acting'.
NOTE: This applies to some acting courses - 'Acting 101', 'Excerpt Acting'.
